Crunchy Kale Chips

Just as addictive as potato chips and much healthier for you, kale chips are a quick and easy snack when you have the munchies.

1 head kale
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
salt to taste

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Wash the kale and the leaves off of the stems. Rub each piece so that it’s evenly coated with a thin layer of olive oil. Lay the kale out on a cookie sheet and sprinkle with salt. Bake for 10 minutes, or until the leaf edges are crispy.

Add nutritional yeast for an additional kick of flavor — it tastes like cheese popcorn!
